HP Photosmart R927 Digital Camera Firmware 3.01.12 Automatic.

This is an automatic firmware update for the HP Photosmart R927 camera and requires:

  • The dock that shipped with the R927 camera
  • The camera be set to "Digital Camera" mode in the USB Setup Menu
  • The HP Photosmart software (either Photosmart Premier or Photosmart Essentials) be installed on your Windows PC.

    If you cannot fulfill the requirements for this automatic firmware update utility, you should download the manual firmware update, col15312.exe. However, it is important to note that an SD memory card, as well as the dock that shipped with the R927, are REQUIRED for the manual firmware update procedure.

    Firmware version 3.01.12 includes the following improvments:

  • Updated messaging for unsupported SD cards greater than 2GB.
