MSI MEGA PLAYER 541 Firmware v006.002.009.

Mega player 541 firmware updating process:

  • 1. Please install 5541 driver first, then download 5541 firmware and unzip.
  • 2. After firmware unzipping, it will show some files, please replace driver installation files (C:\Program Files\SigmaTel\MSCN).
  • 3. Please press sustained "play key" first (While MEGA PLAYER can't be recognized by PC, please add this procedure) and plug your 5541 in your PC.
  • 4. Please go to "start" (below left corner) and enter "programs" and choose "SigmaTel MSCN Audio Player" to update now!
  • 5. As you update firmware that you must select "format data area" and after update success, you can release of your finger (While MEGA PLAYER can't be recognized by PC, please add this procedure).

    Please note:

  • When 5541 can't be recognized by PC, you can also try to press reset button first and connect into the PC.
  • Please have to select "format data area" while updating.
